In preparation for making this three-time World Champion Xtra Hot Sauce, we age our Trinidad-Moruga Scorpion Peppers for 18 months then we add our Wood-Smoked Red Jalapeño Peppers, apple cider vinegar, tomato, our own signature blend of spices and a host of other all natural ingredients to produce an ultra hot sauce with a rich flavour profile, a hint of smokeyness & that infamous Trinidad Scorpion sting - which makes this freakishly hot sauce, crazy good on brisket, beef short ribs, your favourite take-out burger or anything else you can fit in your mouth.
